Job summary

Haigh-Farr is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Technician with hands-on experience in soldering, eyeleting and related fabrication steps for antenna products used in aerospace programs. The role includes on-the-job training in a split-shift schedule to ensure 100% quality by dedicated teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of related experience, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work across stations while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• 2-3 years proven work related experience.
• Willing to train on split shift for 3-6 months.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to possess a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch, soldering to J- STD-001, and light assembly.
• Complete the production and manufacturing of antenna products through the use of hand tools, fabrication techniques and on-the-job training to result in 100% quality of the product.
