Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Process Operator II for a second shift to troubleshoot production issues and maintain equipment quality. The role emphasizes compliance with chemical handling and safety standards, with duties spanning from line operation to data recording.

The candidate will contribute to process improvements, inspect for cleanliness and coating quality, and work within a fast-paced aerospace-oriented manufacturing environment while adhering to all safety procedures and work

Qualifications

• Interest in manufacturing, chemical processing, or aerospace production.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and following established procedures.
• Ability to work safely around chemicals and process equipment (training and PPE provided).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborating with a production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from components before and after the aluminum dip braze process.
• Perform chemical film (iridite) treatments in accordance with military, aerospace, and customer specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures while safely handling chemicals and processing equipment.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface condition, and coating quality to ensure compliance with production requirements.
• Accurately record process data and support quality assurance and production documentation.
• Wear required PPE, including gloves, aprons, goggles, and other safety gear, while following all chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area in accordance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

The Process Operator II troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.

This is a 2nd Shift Position. Hourly rate plus shift differential.

• Follow detailed work instructions and established procedures while safely handling chemicals and processing equipment.

• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, aprons, goggles, and other safety gear, while following all chemical handling procedures.
