Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a first-shift parts processing associate to operate immersion tanks and support manufacturing throughput. The role involves following work orders, timing processing steps, and ensuring clean finishes.

Training is provided for candidates with a can-do attitude and no prior experience. Ideal applicants may have basic manufacturing exposure and willingness to learn, with opportunities to grow within a metal finishing and surface treatment

Qualifications

• No Experience Required.
• Willing to train.
• Must have a can-do attitude.
• Manufacturing Experience a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements.
• Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Remove parts from tank after specified time, rinse parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing.
• Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
• Oversee and assist line assistants to optimize throughput.
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.
