Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies, LLC is seeking a production operator on-site in West Springfield, MA. No experience required; willing to train; manufacturing experience is a plus. You will handle tank processing, track times, and ensure safety and compliance across the line.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
