Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a processing technician to handle tank-based part treatment on site in Grove, OK. You will follow specifications, track processing times, rinse and finish parts, and complete required paperwork per guidelines.

In this role you will oversee line assistants to optimize throughput, log preventative maintenance, ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerses them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes Paperwork As Required By Company And Processing Guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Other duties as assigned
