Job summary

Arrow Finishing is seeking a Production Technician for Racking in Blaine, MN. You will rack, un-rack and package parts during the anodize process, following process cards and PO instructions while maintaining safety and quality.

You will support a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, contribute to a clean work environment, and mentor teammates as needed. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to attendance policies in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a US citizen or have a Green Card.
• Familiarity with anodize terminology is a plus.
• Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow leadership direction regarding work priorities.
• Read and understand process cards and POs.
• Rack and un-rack customer parts per process cards.
• Package customer parts per instruction.
• Meet production rate requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist and mentor fellow team members in training.
• Notify leadership of quality or safety concerns.
• Work 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
