Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a SAT Product Administrator to support our annuity product operations. You will enter and update standardized product information within the SAT platform and ensure records are accurate and ready for agents.

You will review carrier communications, maintain product data like rates, forms and availability, and follow templates to meet required timelines. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization and cross‑team communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update annuity product information in the SAT platform using templates and guidelines.
• Review carrier communications and internal requests for routine updates.
• Maintain product records by updating rates, availability, forms and other fields.
• Follow defined processes to complete updates by required dates and timelines.
• Check entries for accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify routine requests and confirm required information.
• Organize assigned product update tasks and documentation per standards.
• Identify and report data issues or missing information to the appropriate team.
