  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify routine requests and confirm required information.
  • Organize assigned product update tasks and documentation per standards.
  • Identify and report data issues or missing information to the appropriate team.

This role follows established procedures and templates to ensure product records are accurate, complete, and available for agent use.
