AmeriLife is seeking a customer service-focused professional to manage workload and service requests from financial professionals. You will build strong relationships, provide proactive communication, and apply knowledge of carrier products and processes to influence business results and maintain high productivity.

Role requires understanding carrier procedures and vendor platforms (FireLight, SureLC, RegEd) and delivering accurate guidance while adhering to guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in operations, insurance or financial industry preferred.
• Four-year degree preferred; two-year degree required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and processes requests by applying department knowledge.
• Follows established practices and standards while meeting quality and service levels.
• 70% of time: builds and maintains customer relationships through effective communication.
• 25% of time: influences business results with proactive service, education and communication.
• Provide customized service and take ownership as needed.
• Ensure producers are aware of operational processes and changes.
• Deepen knowledge of carrier processes, procedures and resources.
• Understand third-party vendors such as FireLight, SureLC, RegEd.
