Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Annuity Processing Associate to process and track annuity applications from receipt through completion, providing accurate data entry and case management.

You will review documents for completeness and compliance with guidelines, respond to inquiries from agents and members, escalate complex issues, and support reinstatements, conversions, and other annuity transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a process-oriented customer service, operations, or administrative support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business software tools.
• Experience using internet-based systems and applications for data entry, research, and case management activities.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and track annuity applications from receipt through completion.
• Perform data entry, case management, follow-up on outstanding requirements, and generate related correspondence.
• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with technical, legal, and underwriting guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, members, and other customers.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Consult with the Annuity Processing Consultant and other internal partners on complex applications or processing issues.
• Support reinstatements, conversions, and other annuity transactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
