Foresters Financial is seeking an Annuity Operations Administrator to service US producers and customers’ investment and retirement needs. You will process a variety of annuity-related transactions, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, proficiency in Excel and CRM, and flexibility for varying workloads and shifts. The position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in financial services.
• LOMA AAPA, Certificate in Retirement Essentials, or FLMI designation is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services

Responsabilités

• Administer and transact financial and non-financial transactions with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer and producer service via phone, live chat, and email.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain records in Accounts Payable System and update valuation spreadsheets.
