Job summary

BASIS Ed seeks an Annual Teacher Fund Coordinator to execute fundraising strategy at the school level and manage the Annual Teacher Fund campaign. You will support all aspects of fundraising under the direction of the Director of Fundraising, ensuring effective execution and engagement with the school community.

This role emphasizes communication, community outreach, and data accuracy, with responsibilities spanning events, donor relations, and reporting to drive campaign success.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Public Schools.
• Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance.
• Committed to BASIS Charter Schools mission and Annual Teacher Fund.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, initiative-taking and proactive.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and promote the Annual Teacher Fund campaign to raise awareness and meet goals.
• Implement and tailor campaign strategies for the school community.
• Maximize community participation across campaign directives.
• Coordinate fundraising events and participate in school events to promote the fund.
• Cultivate donors and recognize contributions.
• Attend bi-weekly meetings and provide monthly reporting, maintain records.
• Enter fundraising data accurately.
