Valley Youth House in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a full-time Annual Giving & Special Events Officer to lead fundraising initiatives, cultivate donors, and oversee marquee events, including a major golf & pickleball tournament. You will collaborate with the Advancement Department to secure sponsorships and donations and coordinate event logistics.

• Occasional evening and weekend hours; fixed office hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual golf & pickleball tournament and Setting the Stage event to meet fundraising goals.
• Plan and manage third party fundraisers and donor engagement; coordinate sponsorships and donations.
• Support DonorPerfect database growth and ensure accurate recording of pledges and gifts.
