Job summary

Learfield Amplify is seeking a Leadership Annual Giving Officer to grow philanthropic investment for Kansas State Athletics. You will manage a donor portfolio, conduct outreach, and meet revenue goals.

The role requires collaboration with the Ahearn Fund and Learfield Amplify leadership, frequent donor visits, and occasional travel. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1+ year in sales or development, strong communication and CRM experience, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in sales or development related field.
• Superior communication and strong customer service.
• Proven ability to build relationships and meet goals.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft CRM.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to secure new donors and renew/up‑grade gifts.
• Manage a portfolio of Leadership Annual Giving prospects up to $50,000.
• Make 10–15 substantive contacts per month with personal visits.
• Attend events and travel to engage donors and prospects.
• Provide weekly revenue and activity reporting to leadership.
