Job summary

Learfield Amplify seeks a Leadership Annual Giving Officer to grow philanthropic investments for Kansas State Athletics. You will manage a donor portfolio, conduct visits, and work with the Ahearn Fund to exceed revenue goals. Travel and events are part of the role, with a focus on high-touch donor engagement.

The role emphasizes building relationships with donors and collaborating with the Data Analytics Team to drive fundraising campaigns and annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or development.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work long hours.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to secure new donors and renew/upgrade prospects.
• Manage a portfolio of Leadership Annual Giving prospects up to $50,000.
• Conduct donor visits and attend events to engage prospects.
• Provide revenue and activity reporting to leadership and Analytics teams.
