Job summary

Learfield Amplify seeks a Leadership Annual Giving Officer to drive donor engagement and revenue for Kansas State Athletics. You will manage a portfolio of annual giving prospects, focusing on gifts up to $50,000, and conduct regular personal visits to advance relationships.

You will work with the Ahearn Fund and Learfield Amplify leadership, reporting progress weekly and attending athletic events to connect with supporters. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of sales or development experience.
• Strong integrity and ethics with excellent customer service.
• Experience in donor relations or athletics fundraising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to secure new donors and renew/upgrade prospects.
• Manage a portfolio of Leadership Annual Giving prospects up to $50,000.
• Make 10–15 substantive contacts per month with quality personal visits.
• Attend Kansas State athletic events to engage donors and prospects.
• Travel as needed to visit current and prospective donors.
• Provide weekly revenue and activity reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Ahearn Fund and Learfield Amplify on fundraising campaigns.

In complete collaboration with the Ahearn Fund, this position will be committed through first class professionalism to grow philanthropic investment to support the goals of Kansas State Athletics and its student-athletes.In this role you will work to achieve pre-defined KPIs centered around development activities and revenue for Kansas State Athletics.
