The Annual Giving Coordinator supports the University’s annual fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on broad-based donor engagement, participation growth, unrestricted support, and stewardship. This position plays a key role in executing campaigns, including All in Day, appeals, digital fundraising, and donor communications, and works closely with colleagues across Development, Alumni Relations, Marketing & Communications, and campus partners.
When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
