Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with statistical software.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of annual giving campaigns (All in Day, direct mail, email, digital, social media).
  • Assist with donor segmentation, list preparation, and campaign tracking in Raiser's Edge.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for annual giving initiatives (timelines, reminders, follow-ups).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (participation, dollars raised, donor retention).
  • Support alumni participation initiatives and volunteer engagement related to annual giving.

Job description

TYPE OF POSITION/EMPLOYMENT CATEGORY: Full-Time
DEPARTMENT: Development & Alumni Relations
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Occasional evening and weekend work required: Alumni Weekend, Reunion
REMOTE WORK: One day per week.
HOURS/WEEK and MONTHS/YEAR: 35 hours/week and 52 weeks/year
FLSA STATUS: Non- E xempt, Salaried
GENERAL PURPOSE

The Annual Giving Coordinator supports the University's annual fundraising efforts, with a primary focus on broad-based donor engagement, participation growth, unrestricted support, and stewardship. This position plays a key role in executing campaigns, including All in Day, appeals, digital fundraising, and donor communications, and works closely with colleagues across Development, Alumni Relations, Marketing & Communications, and campus partners.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of annual giving campaigns, including All in Day, direct mail, email, digital, and social media appeals. Assist with donor segmentation, list preparation, and campaign tracking in Raiser's Edge.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications related to annual giving initiatives (timelines, reminders, follow-ups). Help monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as participation, dollars raised, and donor retention.
  • Support alumni participation initiatives in collaboration with Alumni Relations staff. Assist with volunteer engagement efforts related to annual giving (e.g., ambassadors, peer-to-peer outreach).
  • Ensure all fundraising activities follow CASE standards and institutional gift policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Office of Development & Alumni Relations.
Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 to 3 years of work related experience
    • Direct Marketing and/or Annual Giving Experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Statistical Software
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PUBLIC CONTACT
  • Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.
SALARY INFORMATION

When determining the salary offer for a new employee, Molloy considers several key characteristics such as job knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal and external equity. The hiring annual salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. This annual salary represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
