Job summary

Molloy University seeks an Annual Giving Coordinator to support the university's fundraising efforts, focusing on broad-based donor engagement, participation growth, unrestricted support, and stewardship.

You will help execute campaigns such as All in Day, appeals, digital fundraising, and donor communications in collaboration with Development, Alumni Relations, Marketing & Communications, and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 to 3 years of work related experience.
• Direct Marketing and/or Annual Giving experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of annual giving campaigns (All in Day, direct mail, email, digital, social media).
• Assist with donor segmentation, list preparation, and campaign tracking in Raiser's Edge.
• Coordinate logistics and communications for annual giving initiatives (timelines, reminders, follow-ups).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (participation, dollars raised, donor retention).
• Support alumni participation initiatives and volunteer engagement related to annual giving.
