St. Hubert's in Madison, NJ, seeks a Full-time WayStation Transport & Administrative Assistant to coordinate and perform animal transport for the WayStation program. You will assist in scheduling, driver duties, and data entry, ensuring humane handling and compliance with policy.

The role requires experience in animal shelters, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, carry loads, and work after hours as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in an animal shelter environment.
• Knowledge of animal behavior and proper handling.
• Ability to read medical paperwork and spreadsheets.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proficiency with computer technology including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe and humane transport of animals between partners.
• Operate large vehicles in compliance with transportation rules.
• Load and unload dogs and cats safely under supervision.
• Maintain WayStation program agreements, spreadsheets and files.
• Enter and track animals in the animal management software.
• Communicate with partners and monitor KPI goals.
• Represent St. Hubert's professionally to the public and volunteers.
