Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Business/Public Administration, Management or related field; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs the overall administration of the Animal Shelter.
• Oversees budgeting, payroll, and departmental reporting.
• Supervises staff including scheduling, training, hiring, and evaluation.
• Maintains compliance with state statutes and local ordinances.
• Handles public inquiries, sheltering, adoptions, and euthanasia processes.
• Ensures a safe work environment and manages vendor contracts.
