Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cat and dog behavior is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support for the foster program team.
• Oversee onboarding, training, placement, and retention of foster staff.
• Coordinate cross-departmentally to align foster priorities with shelter needs.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve foster care quality and safety.
