Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Facility Supervisor for CRADL at South San Francisco to lead daily animal facility operations, mentor staff, and uphold high care standards. The role includes scheduling, performance reviews, client liaison, and collaboration with HR on recruitment and training.

You will help drive site capabilities and support client satisfaction. Minimum four years in a lab animal facility with supervisory experience; a BS in a related field is preferred and LATG/CS certifications

Qualifications

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum four years in a laboratory animal facility with two years in a supervisory/lead role.
• Preferred LATG or ICPM supervisory certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of staff conducting husbandry and support services.
• Plan and monitor work schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate with HR for interviews, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Maintain high animal care standards and client satisfaction.
• Communicate with clients and present site capabilities to drive sales.
