We are seeking a Server Assistantto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Server Assistant will be responsible for servicing guests, assisting with functions for server, and delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role will assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide lateral service when necessary.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

This role is designated for our fine dining outlet, Angle Restaurant.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to provide legible communication.


• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.


• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting items of varying weights, with or without accommodation.


• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.


• Certification in Alcohol awareness program.


• Certification in Food Handlers program.


• Ability to understand guest’s service needs.


• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to several guests within any given period.


• Transport food items to the bar, dining room in timely manner and to other areas as needed.


• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.


• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.


• Ability to check the food chit and serve food to guests without asking.
