Eau Resort & Spa in Manalapan, FL is seeking a Server Assistant for our Angle Restaurant. This full-time PM role requires delivering food to tables, assisting servers, and maintaining a welcoming dining area in a Forbes Five-Star setting.

Candidates must have strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift and move items. Certification in liquor, wine and food service, plus Alcohol awareness and Food Handlers training, are preferred.

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

The Server Assistant will be responsible for servicing guests, assisting with functions for server, and delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role will assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide lateral service when necessary.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

This role is designated for our fine dining outlet, Angle Restaurant.

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transporting items of varying weights, with or without accommodation.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Certification in Alcohol awareness program.
