We are seeking a Server Assistantto join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.
The Server Assistant supports the delivery of exceptional in-room dining experiences for resort guests. The role assists with order preparation, tray and cart setup, timely delivery, and retrieval of items while maintaining the highest standards of service. Additional responsibilities may include, but not limited to, assisting with the maintenance of the In-Room Dining (IRD) area, IRD Server Assistant breakdown station, equipment, and tables. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, efficient support to the In-Room Dining team, upholding cleanliness and organization of the department, and contributes to a seamless, luxury guest experience.
This role is a flexible position ( AM/PM ). A ll candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
Prior food and beverage experience.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, leaders and fellow employees to ensure mutual understanding.
Ability to provide legible communication.
Ability to understand guests' service needs.
Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period.
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
Ability to exert physical effort in transporting, hot boxes, trays and tables from guest rooms to service areas.
Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
Ability to work cohesively with hoteliers as part of a team.
