Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Mobile Anesthesiologist to support our Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days. You will deliver high-level anesthesia care for pediatric patients and adapt to the diverse clinical settings of in-office procedures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with dental teams, airway management, and deep sedation techniques for anxious or special-needs patients. Flexible part-time opportunities and independent contracting options are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing.
• Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, and others as appropriate.
• Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery, including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Ability to work closely with dental teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice, adapting to different clinical environments alongside a Pediatric Dentist.
• Work collaboratively with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation through skilled anesthetic administration and airway management.
• Focus on patients who require more than local anesthesia, such as children with dental anxiety, pediatric patients, or those with specific physical or cognitive disabilities.
