Youth Dentistry & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a Mobile Anesthesiologist to support our Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days. This role helps ensure safe, comfortable care for children in diverse dental settings.

We offer flexible part-time and independent contractor positions with multiple schedule options across locations, focusing on anesthesia delivery and team collaboration to support optimal patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing.
• PALS, BLS, DEA certifications as appropriate.
• Experience in anesthesia delivery including IV deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Ability to work with dental teams and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients during office-based surgery days.
• Deliver anesthesiology services within a dental practice and adapt to clinical environments.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation and airway management.
• Care for patients requiring more than local anesthesia (e.g., dental anxiety, disabilities).

We are seeking a Mobile Anesthesiologist to be an integral part of this mission, supporting our Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level anesthesia care to pediatric patients during office-based surgery days, ensuring positive and impactful experiences.
• Deliver specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice, adapting to different clinical environments alongside a Pediatric Dentist.
• Work collaboratively with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation through skilled anesthetic administration and airway management.
• Focus on patients who require more than local anesthesia, such as children with dental anxiety, pediatric patients, or those with specific physical or cognitive disabilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current, valid medical or dental license in good standing.
• Required certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA, and others as appropriate.
• Demonstrated capability in anesthesia delivery, including intravenous deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Ability to work closely with dental teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
