The anesthesia technician is responsible for monitoring anesthetized patients across a wide range of specialty services—from stable patients undergoing elective diagnostic procedures to critically ill patients requiring lifesaving surgery. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to continually develop advanced anesthesia and nursing skills. Anesthesia technicians work closely with surgeons, oncologists, neurologists, and the Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. As a teaching hospital, new employees will receive a comprehensive training program tailored to their current level of skill and knowledge. New employees will receive support and guidance during the initial training period and beyond.
