If you're a Veterinary Technician Specialist, looking to advance your anesthesia and surgical skills in a cutting‑edge specialty environment, Red Bank Veterinary Hospital offers the opportunity to work in a new, 100,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art hospital designed for advanced specialty and emergency care. With MRI, CT, PET scanning, 12 surgical suites, a dedicated ER, and expanded training spaces, RBVH combines innovative medicine with compassionate care for pets, clients, and team members alike.
This role offers a dynamic mix of diagnostic imaging and surgical procedures, providing variety and opportunities to grow your clinical expertise. Your day typically begins with MRI, where you’ll monitor patients under anesthesia, caring for cats and dogs with a wide range of medical histories. Once imaging is complete, you’ll transition to the OR for the remainder of the day, with occasional CT procedures as scheduled.
In the surgical setting, you’ll be involved throughout the patient’s anesthetic experience—from induction and preparation to monitoring and recovery—supporting a variety of procedures. You’ll work alongside multiple specialty services, gaining exposure to diverse cases and developing a deeper understanding of peri‑procedural patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and hands‑on patient care. The role encourages continued growth in clinical knowledge, technical skills, and critical thinking while offering the chance to work with complex and rewarding cases.
