Job summary

St. Luke's Health - Memorial Lufkin is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to provide critical support for anesthesia services, assisting providers with equipment and supplies across diverse surgical and non-surgical cases.

Qualifications

• HS or GED diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience in a related role or setting.
• BLS through AHA certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with physiological monitoring of patients, notifying providers of abnormal vital signs or appearance.
• Clean anesthesia machines, monitors and equipment following Infection Control procedures.
• Stock anesthesia supplies in all anesthetizing locations, including carts, airway bags, and other supply locations.
