Job summary

Advocate Health’s Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina seeks a full-time Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesiology team across ORs. You will stock carts, verify equipment, and assist with line placement and patient care to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining anesthesia equipment, ensuring readiness of supplies, and complying with PHI policies in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock anesthesia carts and operating rooms to ensure adequate supplies.
• Assist Anesthesiologist with line placement and critical procedures; monitor equipment checks.
• Maintain equipment and PHI handling per policy.
• Position patients and move anesthesia equipment between spaces as needed.
