Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesiology services in Wisconsin. You will clean and stock work areas and assist anesthesiology providers to ensure patient care is available and efficient.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, BLS for healthcare workers, Wisconsin CNA, NREMT (Basic/Paramedic), EMT-B, and/or an anesthesia technology degree as an alternative credential. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS for healthcare workers.
• CNA registration in Wisconsin.
• NREMT certification (Basic/Paramedic).
• EMT-B in Wisconsin.
• An anesthesia technology associate degree accepted in lieu of certification.

Responsibilities

• 0.5 FTE (40 hours bi-weekly).
• Rotation of Day and PM shifts per listed times.
• On-call approximately every other month.

Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMT)

National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (NREMT-P)
