Position Summary:

The anesthesia technician provides support activities for all ages of patients receiving anesthesia and pain management services. Responsibilities include billing, maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a school for surgical technology and maintains ST certification or Certified Anesthesia Technician.
• Employed in a 1st and 2nd scrub role on or before 12/29/2020, or employed at another healthcare facility in the 2 years prior to that date.
• CPR Certification.
• National Certification must be obtained within eighteen months if the hire date is after 12/29/2020.
• National Certification is maintained with proof of 30 hours of relevant continuing education every 2 years.
• Two years of OR or Anesthesia experience preferred.
