Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR - American Heart Association BLS is required.
• Knowledge of universal precautions and infection control practices.
• Ability to assist anesthesia staff and maintain sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Accurately orders and stocks medication in the anesthesia carts.
• Assist with patient care activities under the direction of Anesthesiologists and RN Circulator.
• Cleans, maintains, and safety checks all equipment per Infection Control and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintains and records inventory, ordering, receiving, and storing equipment and supplies.
• Maintains anesthesia supply room and ORs for cleanliness and neatness.
