NorthShore University HealthSystem in Skokie, IL is hiring an Anesthesia Tech for the Anesthesia Department (Days). The role supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, ensuring equipment readiness and sterile conditions.

Responsibilities include setting up supplies, auditing anesthesia stations, basic equipment troubleshooting, and ordering supplies through Lawson. A High School Diploma or Associate degree with relevant experience is required.

Formación

• Education: High School Graduate or Associate Degree.
• Experience: 1 year as Anesthesia Tech, Patient Care Tech, or EMS, or an Associate degree with no clinical experience.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist during pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative procedures under supervision.
• Pre-operative, pre-procedure supply and equipment set-up and room turnover.
• Auditing, stocking and maintenance of anesthesia supply stations and calibration of equipment.
• Provide basic level equipment troubleshooting.
• Order supplies via the Lawson Material Management System.
