Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an Anesthesia Tech for the Anesthesia Department in Skokie, IL. The role supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative procedures and ensures proper equipment and supply readiness.

Expect responsibilities include room turnover, stock maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting. Requires high school diploma or associate degree with relevant experience; lifting may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or associate degree required.
• Experience: 1 year as Anesthesia Tech / Patient Care Tech / EMT or an associate degree with no clinical experience.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist during pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative procedures under supervision.
• Set up pre-operative equipment and supply, and turnover rooms.
• Audit, stock, and maintain anesthesia supply stations; calibrate POC equipment; perform sterilization and documentation.
• Provide basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Order supplies using Lawson Material Management System.
