Job summary

United Digestive in Atlanta, GA seeks an Anesthesia Operations Manager to support the Director of Anesthesia Services and the Medical Director(s). You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with leadership to align with annual goals, and maximize daily operational efficiency of the anesthesia department.

Responsibilities include guiding operational leadership across IT, HR, and Finance; supervising staff; tracking staffing and payroll; supporting anesthesia integration projects; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/business administration or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support operational leadership across IT, HR, and Finance.
• Supervise, interview, hire, and conduct performance appraisals as necessary.
• Track staffing requirements and coordinate monthly staff schedules.
• Assist with biweekly payroll.
• Assist with anesthesia integration project plans and vendor collaboration.
