• Experience with anesthesia coding and CPT/ICD-10-CM
• Review of medical records to assign CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS codes
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient coding and E/M leveling
• Knowledge of billing rules and CHOP compliance

Responsibilities

• Systematically review patient records to assign diagnoses and procedures for physician billing
• Submit coded services for billing and data entry in a timely, accurate manner
• Review and resolve coding edits and ensure documentation sufficiency
• Maintain knowledge of CPT/ICD-10-CMS and CHOP compliance for physician services
