Responsibilities

• Systematically review patient records to determine diagnoses and procedures.
• Submit coded services for billing and data entry for claims.
• Review inpatient data and reconcile billable services and documentation gaps.
• Resolve coding edits that affect claim submission.
• Maintain knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CMS, CHOP policies.
