Westchester Medical Center in New York is seeking an Anesthesia Aide to support licensed anesthesia providers by preparing and maintaining patient equipment and anesthesia delivery systems before, during and after anesthesia.

Responsibilities include cleaning, sterilizing, stocking and maintaining routine anesthesia equipment, assisting with case setup, and supporting the OR team as directed within scope of practice. May perform clinical duties as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to assist with anesthesia setup and equipment prep.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, sterilize, disinfect, stock and maintain routine anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Assist with anesthesia case setup.
• Assist anesthesiologist/CRNA/Resident/tech as requested within scope of practice; may be clinical.
• Other duties as needed; may be clinical.
