You will collaborate with backend and design teams, own mobile architecture decisions, and champion code quality, testing, and design-system integration across the app.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of Android development experience in lead/principal roles.
• Mastery of Kotlin, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Proven track record defining mobile architecture for large-scale apps.
• Experience with GCP interactions or mobile-backend integration strategies.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and drive technical consensus.
• Experience writing and maintaining extensive unit and UI tests.

Responsabilités

• Lay the groundwork: establish architectural patterns for a new Android implementation.
• Mentorship: train and onboard incoming engineers to minimize ramp-up time.
• Architect complex Android solutions with deep knowledge of the networking stack.
• Lead mobile architecture decisions and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers to align mobile implementation with standards.
• Oversee the implementation of the design system across the Android codebase.
