You’ll mentor engineers, establish best practices, and guide critical technical decisions across the mobile stack, collaborating with backend and design teams. This role offers ownership, technical excellence, and opportunities to influence product architecture and team growth in a culture that values innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
7+ years of Android development with lead/principal experience.
Strong Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow mastery and mobile-architecture track record.

Responsibilities

Establish architectural patterns and best practices for a new Android implementation.
Mentor engineers, onboard new hires to reduce ramp-up time.
Architect complex Android solutions with networking depth.
Lead mobile-architecture decisions and integration strategies.
Collaborate with Distinguished Engineers to align with standards.
Oversee design system implementation across the Android codebase.
