Job Type: Regular

Work Location: Market - GANDBBYE - NJ - Clifton

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday (four 10-hour shifts)

Pay: Starting at $23.50 hourly; pay based on experience (location specific hourly) + weekly, monthly contests and incentives

This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and the ability to accommodate occasional overnight assignments are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by effectively promoting Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at BestBuy locations.
• Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating BestBuy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem.
• Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment, including meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong, lasting relationships with key decision‑makers within BestBuy retail store leadership.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs.
• Proactive, self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to acquire and sustain a high level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem.
• Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments – a valid Driver’s License is required.
• Physical requirement: lift and move displays weighing 25 lbs. or more.
