Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Starting at $21 hourly, based on experience (Location Specific Hourly) + weekly, monthly contests and incentives.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and spiffs.

Schedule

Thursday – Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Work Location: Katy, TX.

This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight assignments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy locations.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure an excellent experience for end‑consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
