Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated, results‑driven sales associate to promote Android OS devices and accessories at retail locations in the Orlando, FL market.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting hourly rate of $25 (pay based on experience). Weekly, monthly, quarterly contests and incentives. Next‑day pay on demand through DailyPay. Shift schedule: Thursday – Sunday, four 10‑hour shifts per week. Travel to multiple BestBuy stores, including occasional overnight assignments. Position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at BestBuy stores.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through retail partners by leveraging Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize product placement and optimize in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating associates and customers on features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader ecosystem.
• Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and analyze sales data, track performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move displays weighing 25lbs. or more.
