Job summary

Salmon ищет опытного Android-разработчика на удаленную работу с гибким графиком и часовыми окнами 13:00–19:00 по Маниле (UTC+8). Вы будете писать на Kotlin в Jetpack Compose, работать с REST API через OkHttp и внедрять новые фичи в архитектуру MVI + Clean, сотрудничая с дизайнерами и backend.

Требуется 4+ лет опыта, знания Android SDK и Jetpack Compose, DI (Dagger), Kotlin Flow, тесты Mockito/JUnit, GitLab и выпуск через release trains.

Qualifications

• 4+ лет опыта Android-разработки с Kotlin

Responsibilities

• Работа в кодовой базе Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, доставка фич через GitLab
• Ежедневное взаимодействие с дизайнерами, PM и backend
• Работа в современной архитектуре приложения (MVI + Clean) с DI
• Разработка и внедрение новых фич с качественным кодом

• Проведение code review и рефакторинг кода
• Устранение проблем по отзывам пользователей и тестированию

You'll build individual Android features end-to-end in Kotlin, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship reliable, user-facing functionality.

Задачи:

• Work within a Kotlin/Jetpack Compose codebase, shipping through GitLab with automated release trains every 3 weeks
• Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and QA to define and deliver features
• Operate inside a modern app architecture (MVI + Clean) with dependency injection and reactive data flows
• Develop and implement individual features from scratch with high-quality, maintainable code
• Integrate RESTful APIs into the Android app using OkHttp
• Conduct code reviews, give feedback, and refactor code to uphold quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues surfaced by users or through testing
• Partner with QA to ensure proper test coverage and release quality

What makes you a strong fit:

• 4+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack Compose
• Experience with modern app architecture (MVI + Clean principles) and dependency injection (Dagger)
• Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs (OkHttp) and working with coroutines and Kotlin Flow
• Practical experience writing Unit/Integration tests (Mockito, JUnit)
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and structured release cycles (GitLab, release trains)
