DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a meticulous Title Specialist to join our Centralized Title Group in East Mesa. You will review vehicle titles and documentation, apply underwriting guidelines, and coordinate with DMVs, vendors, and dealers to ensure compliant transfers across all states.

You’ll support inventory movement, audit title processing, and learn Excel-based workflows across multiple databases while maintaining accurate records and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure title and all supporting documents adhere to multi-state rules for title acceptance.
• Partner with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to resolve title encumbrances and transfer titles.
• Audit and maintain title movement to ensure timely distribution to dealerships, auctions, and insurers.
• Maintain title and documentation securely for timely processing.

The main focus of The Centralized Title Group is to review vehicle titles to ensure the title and supporting documentation adhere to state guidelines. This group is also responsible for underwriting all titles from multiple acquisition platforms for Drivetime automotive purchases to guarantee title negotiability and transfer across all 50 states.
