Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Management required.
• 7–10 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume healthcare environment.
• Experience growing ancillary service lines, ideally allergy and/or audiology.

Responsibilities

• Drive ancillary service line growth focusing on allergy and audiology.
• Develop and staff allergy and audiology programs across the care center.
• Monitor metrics like referral capture, utilization, and profitability; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of staff.
• Oversee daily clinical and business operations across the practice.
