Florida ENT and Allergy is seeking a full-time Practice Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing healthcare network in Florida. This role blends marketing, practice development, communications, graphic design, technology, data analysis, and project coordination to support growth across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, analytical, and proficient in Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including formulas, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with digital marketing and content creation.
• Comfort with data-driven marketing decisions and analytics.
• Ability to manage graphic design tasks and visual communications.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and practice development initiatives to grow the organization.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with vendors and partners.
• Support digital marketing, social media, and brand consistency.
• Assist with physician referral and community outreach programs.
• Create and update marketing materials, flyers, and presentations.
• Develop forms, templates, and organizational documents.
• Support new office openings and special projects.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tracking tools for decision making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate projects, budgets, and vendor communications.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Identify technology and process improvements to increase efficiency.
